Our explosion-proof overhead cranes are designed for use in hazardous area Zone 1 and Zone 2 in accordance with European directive ATEX 2014/34/EU. Our cranes and components also comply with European explosion standard EN 13463 and EN 60079. We offer tailored solutions to cater for diverse applications with lifting capacities ranging from low capacity Ex chain hoists of 500 kg up to 180 tons double girder cranes using modular components with advanced computerised design programs to meet with either standard or special requirements from the customers.
Our products are type tested by an independent ATEX notified body and provided with CE marking, test certificates and documentation. All our cranes are manufactured in compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OSHA 18001, and are extremely durable with minimal maintenance and long life spans. Type of Protection and CE Marking Our explosion-proof cranes are designed based on Ex d (flameproof enclosure) and Ex e (increased safety) with CE marking: II 2G ck Ex de IIB T4 (standard), II 2G ck Ex de IIC T4 (Special), II 2D ck Ex tD A21 IP66 T135°C (DUST).
